If you go to sailormusic.net,and then click on "Unreleased Music" on the side menu,it will direct you to the section that links to d/l's of all the Studio Library Cues.These should be what you are looking for.

Check this website out. You can download all the DIC thingies...although I'm still not sure what they are. You can also check out these websites...just some of the top google results. Not all of them are downloading sites, but online forums that are talking about it-if you skim through it you might get some valuable info!
