Rocky & Bullwinkle, Bugs Bunny (Wiley Coyote and the rest of the WB gang), Underdog, Quick Draw McGraw. I don't remember Fragle Rock being a cartoon, just a muppet thing, but maybe they turned into a cartoon.

technically fraggle rock wasn't a cartoon, it was muppets. i was a big fan of letter people, theme song was a cartoon but the show was also puppets
