A while ago, I finished watching the first season of shakugan no shana in english dubbed. I also heard somewhere that season 2 was never dubbed, however in the description of the dvd set, it claims to include both seasons. I wanted to make sure if both were completely dubbed in english and not just season one. If so, I'll end up buying it.
So on the 7 disc dvd, are both seasons included and dubbed in english?

I don't think the second season has been released onto DVD in America yet, though it has been aired on TV in Japan.
The full first season has been released onto DVD in English but I don't know if it's out in box set.

considering the fact that shana ll has 24 episodes in entire, so its no wonder that they compiled into aspects (eg: 4 discs partly a million) 'reason it really is how the unique dvd is (please see the url for the unique compilation) through the way, its an same english solid because the first season
