The 'toon is actually several web episodes, originally on the DC-W B sites. I found out about it long after if was taken off. It was a critical failure, but I'm a DC completist. It features a teenage Zatanna, rather than the adult who appears in the comics and made a guest appearance in the Batman animated series.
