Are Japanese manga and Chinese manhua the only comics that are read from right to left?

I know that language has to do with it but I was curious what other comics from other countries or in other languages are read from right to left panels. Again, reading panels from right to left and not just the language.

Most Asian languages read top to bottom, right to left, so their comics also reflect this.



Not to mention that Japanese manga has been influencing comics in Asia for more than 60 years. (The US/West is a bit of a latecomer, only having discovered it starting in the late 70s, and early 80s.)
