Did he ever shoot and kill Bugs you mean? Not outside of a Family Guy parody (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHujwj6RBSM) He did however emerge victorious in a few cartoons. i.e.

FRESH HARE - Friz Freleng, 1942 - Criminal Bugs surrenders to Mountie Elmer (out of pity) and is about to be executed, though is granted one last wish and Bugs "wishes he was in Dixie." The cartoon ends with Bugs and all the mounties happily singing the song in blackface.
SLICK HARE - Friz Freleng, 1947 - Bugs agrees to be eaten by Lauren Bacall
HARE BRUSH - Friz Freleng, 1955 - When Bugs is hypnotized into believing he is actually Elmer, and Elmer believes he is a "scwewy wabbit," Bugs is arrested for tax evasion.
RABBIT RAMPAGE - Chuck Jones, 1955 - Elmer is revealed to be the animator constantly changing the drawings in the cartoon before Bugs finally decides to just end the cartoon himself.

Not for any significant length of time.
And he never caught the Daffy Duck either

IMO Fudd ALWAYS caught Bugs. the funny part was that Bugs, cornered, staring down both barrels, would always respond coolly, disregarding the gravity of the situation and talk his way out.
If you're asking is there an episode where Fudd kills/eats Bugs than no, i don't think so.
