Act normal, be more perceptive of your surroundings, train yourself to study the various noises around you so that you may recognize the creaks in the floor boards indicating someone is walking by, also learn to balance your steps so that when you walk you can be silent and quick, never walk too slow behind someone, keep the right amount of distance and watch how you take your steps, stepping with your whole foot and adding weight to it could cause the floor boards to creak. Instead use the upper half of your foot.

When trying to stay out of someones line of sight, keep an eye on their shoulders and stay somewhere in the middle, when directly behind someone, make sure your at least 1 step away, (minimize the sound of breathing) When your ready to take someone down take that step closer.

As for trying to poop on your brother may I suggest adding extra blankets and pillows to the side of your brother so that when you step on it, it won't alert him to someone standing over him.

Learn to control your breathing when you move. Learn not to get excited and make a sound (ex. Laughing or giggling) when your about to strike. Walk with your heels striking the floor first but don't dig them, if not, tiptoe or take your shoes off altogether. Finally, know your surroundings and try to avoid things that will make noise. Also check your clothing, because if your trying to sneak up on someone wearing sweatpants, then your just wasting your own time.
