Movies like Wreck it Ralph, Monsters University, Toy Story, etc. are perhaps one of the best movies of this era, but then you look at shows like Shake It Up, Ant Farm...what happened?

Most of the movies you listed are technically from PIXAR and released through Disney. They aren't Disney Studio animations.
Disney's shows are often quite well enjoyed. Kim Possible was the first animated series to break the set episode limit and that was all due to fan support. An entire generation grew up with Boy Meets World and now a new generation gets to grow up with Girl Meets World - a spin-off many years waited for.
DuckTales, TailSpin, Darkwing Duck, GummiBears, and Rescue Rangers remain staples of excellent animation to this day.

what are you talking about, Gravity Falls is one of the best kids cartoons currently in production, along with Adventure Time. Phineas and Ferb is also really good. I don't watch any of their other shows but those two are good enough to make up for anything else they might have in my opinion. btw, yeah, Monsters University and Toy Story are Pixar. And anyway, their feature films division is TOTALLY different than their television division, the only thing they have in common is access to their assets and licenses, for instance why they can make a show based on Tron, and they both answer to The higher ups at Disney.
