sad and tragic manga but with happy ending?

Question

name manga (shoujo, ROMANCE) that have plots that are tragic..for example, the guy or girl loves each other but one of them has a serious disease. or something like that. BUT IN THE END, it would still be a happy ending.
one manga would be Boku No Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu.. sad story yet happy ending.

Barairo Emperor. no longer likely particular whether or no longer its a chuffed ending, even yet it somewhat is not a tragic one? 7 Days is likewise marvelous, regardless of the reality that it somewhat is somewhat shonen ai. Ryuu no Yuigon. it somewhat is extremely good, chuffed ending and all. Yasashii Ryuu no Koroshikata. no longer likely particular with regard to the ending, even yet it somewhat is a fantastic manga... Me Niwa Sayakani ienedomo. no longer finished, even yet it somewhat is quite good, worth a shot. Kitchen Princess is the only one I can think of.

It begins with Najika's parents dying. She was so sad she wanted to die but a boy saved her. The boy gives her a flan. She grows up and learns to cook for her "prince". She goes to Sekia Academy to look for him. There, two boys befriend her. The boy she thinks is her flan prince that she likes dies. Devastated, she loses her senses of smell and taste. I'm going to second the Clannad suggestion. Don't start with After Story, though, that's the...well, after story. You need to read Clannad before you read After Story.
