If not, this is some easy money, just fake something. For example, if you're a guy, go on the streets in some dirty clothes like you've been outside. Fill up a bag full of things like half eaten sandwiches, cups, half filled water bottles, and clothes (just in case you get checked) and hold up a sign that says "Lend $1.00 for my pregnant girlfriend?
