What anime/s have their opening/ending songs "change" in every episode?

Here some examples of anime and the "changes" in their opening/ending songs.

Amaenaideyo! (aka Ah My Buddha)
--> Opening Song: different girls says "ike!" in each episode depending on which girl the episode is going to focus on.

Bleach
--> Ending Song, Houki Boshi by Younha: Each episode have a different Captain and Vice Captain in the video with this song.

Full Metal Alchemist
--> Ending Song, 1st one: Every ending has a different character depending on the episode and, at the end of the song, Ed has a different facial expression -- sometimes he has a big smile, sometimes he has a smile but with crying eyes, etc.

And so, I ask you guys if you know some more anime that has this. xD
I'm a fan of these kinds of things and many more stuff.

Thanks in advance.

Flcl had five diffrent openings and one ending With just six episodes.

All were songs by the pillows.

Openings :

One Life, used in episode one,

Instant Music in episode two and three,

Happy Bivouac for episode four

Runners High used episode five

Carnival in episode six.

The closing theme is Ride on Shooting Star

Neon Genesis Evangelion

-> Fly me to the moon: The ending theme would have different vocalist or collaborations. Sung by the different female cast members.

Bakemonogatari- only has about 15 episodes but already five opening themes.

Opening themes

1. "staple stable" - Chiwa Saito (ep 2, 6, 7, 11, 12)

2. "Kaerimichi" (帰り道?, "The Road Home") - Emiri Katō (ep 4)

Ending theme

Every single episode of Heroes. And all the webisodes. And I've read the comics that they have online. Oh no, I'm obsessive T-T And I didn't start watching So You Think You Can Dance until season 3, but I haven't missed an episode since then (if you count recordings) :)

Lucky Star- from episodes 1-13 there's a different ending song sung by the four main character's voice actors. Then from 14-24 there's different ending song sung live action style by Minoru Shiraishi.

Seitokai no Ichizon- the ending song is sung by all the main voice actors in different episodes.

1) The all I know are:

Ge-Ge-Ge no Kitarō Season 5 OP2 (ep.27-51): Yōkai Yokochō Ge-Ge-Ge Bushi

In each episode, two different monster characters are introduced in OP animation

and song. Therefore the combined total duration of the OP song is very long.

Dragon Quest: Abel Yuusha

Not in each episode, but ED animation changes little by little. Some of them are:

The Simpsons

Opening animation slightly changes in each episode.

2) Some of the result of googling (with brief translation of the description):

Pokemon Series

Animation changes everytime the characters get a Pokemon, get it evolve or separate with it. Because the change can be very slight, viewers may not notice it at a glance.

Natsu no Arashi!

Lyrics of verse part changes in each episode OP.

Pani Poni Dash!

An elaborately planned anime including OP song in which the lyrics of verse part changes in each episode, its unique camera work, OP/ED/Eyecatch illustration/Endcard which changes in each episode, and many use of parody from movie, manga, anime, game, etc.

Tsukuyomi - MOON PHASE

OP animation slightly changes in each episode and it contains shiritori game.

Bokura ga Ita

ED song changed often to make it suit the theme of each episode.

Sora no Otoshimono

ED song changed every week.

Black Jack

It's likely that different characters come up in OP animation depending on each episode. (Not sure)

Ef: a tale of memories

OP animation changes in each episode.

ARIA

OP animation features the summary of each episode.

Sketchbook - full color'S

Every OP has a different character depending on the episode. And OP song changes in ep.12.

Sorry if they contain wrong information. According to some sources, an animation studio Shaft is likely to be good at these kinds of things such as Pani Poni Dash!, Natsu no Arashi! and Ef. So I would suggest you check the rest of their animes as well.
