Of any sort? and what would you say would be the most harmless episode outside of using four-lettered words. One that comes to mind would be "The Losing Edge."

depends what you mean by profanity if you mean sex or lots of swearing then there's not allot but here's some that may have mild drug references

Ginger kids (insulting gingers)

die hippie die (mild drug Reference)

manbearpig (this will only insult if you are Al Gore)

christmas in canada (probably the most unoffensive)

follow that egg

Wing (gun violence and a women gets hit a bit)

pee (few ethnic jokes)

you have 0 Friends (swears a bit)

whale whores (it has bloody violence not much and sen cored swearing)

toilet paper

the ring (very mild sexual references and a little swearing its not that that bad in comparison)

These are examples of good episodes but here are some that you shouldn't watch if you don't like profanity

Proper condom use (lots of swearing and sexual references)

return of the chef (lots of pedophilia and sexual references)

it hits the fan (it says s*** more times then any other episode)

mr garrisons fancy new vagina (sexual references)

major boobage (drug and sexual terms)

I'm not sure if there is a swear-free south park, that was part of the gimmick from the very beginning--fourth graders swearing.

I'd say the most harmless episode had to be the first Christmas episode. Even Kenny escaped unharmed!

I dislike south park. I think every episode has some reference of sex or profanity.
