Is this Arakawa Anime DVD a bootleg?

My first anime purchase included the dvd for the anime, "Arakawa Under the Bridge". At the time, I had no idea what a bootleg DVD was, nor did I know that Arakawa was already licensed under Funimation (maybe purchased before licensing?). The DVD I bought has signs of it being a bootleg:
1. Cardboard box
2. Artwork on the inside of the box
3. 13 episodes on one disk
4. Region-free
5. Chinese, Malay, and English subs all on one disk
...and so on.
It does have the sticker for Hong Feng Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. (distributer), which has had at least a few releases (including Malay dub) and is from bestbuyanime.com (from my purchases so far, seems more legit than not). Would this be considered a legit DVD or bootleg?

FYI: bestbuyanime sells official Funimation DVDs, but also sells cheap, bootleg-looking DVDs, puting credibility into account for future purchases I might make.

1. Your set is indeed a bootleg. All the signs you list are pretty clear.



2. Funimation has nothing to do with Arakawa Under the Bridge. The Region 1 release is from NIS America, who has put out both seasons of Arakawa in high quality premium editions that contain both Bluray discs and DVDs, and include hardcover artbooks.
