Just the one..? TwT

If I have to choose just one then I'd go with Totodile. I remember playing Gold 12 years ago for the first time, and sitting on the stairs in my old house in a patch of sunlight while wondering what was happening to my beloved starter as it started to glow (a high-ranking fav childhood memory). That, and it bites, its blue, a water-type, was amazing in the anime XD The name is cool, its perfect size for carrying and it's evolutions are cool too, especially Feralgatyr which was great when beating the League >:D

I like dragons so Dragonite is a favorite of mine. Although there's also Charizard which is a super close second for me. I like how he looks like a dragon and is a fire type but for some reason I still prefer Dragonite a little bit more (mostly because I like Dragonite's move a lot as well as the design).

Some Pokemon nowadays in the new gen kind of disappoint me. It feels like they're running out of design ideas and original names, like when they came out with a trash can Pokemon (Trubbish) and a ice cream cone Pokemon (Vanillish). It's understandable since they have so many Pokemon already created but it doesn't get any more anticlimactic when a new game comes out with neat graphics and plot line when some of the Pokemon look freaky.

Black60Dragon stole my very favorite (I want to be original) so I'll just go with one of my other personal favorites.

To be honest, I really adore Charizard. Yeah I know it's overrated, and I realize that it has major type weaknesses (i.e. water, rock, and electric) but I seem to cannot stop loving this thing. For one thing it's design is one of my favorite mythological creatures--a dragon. I simply adore dragons, and Charizard's design fits the description of one. Even though it has three major weaknesses, it's immune to ground, which can be devastating for most fire types. I know this might also sound strange, but I just loved Ash's Charizard in the series. It was stubborn, it kicked ***, and it still loved Ash even though it was a bit rebellious. Another thing that I have to point out is that Charmander was my very first starter Pokemon. One more thing, Charizard's Mega-Evolution in X is just epic--it's finally a dragon type! :D

Probably Zorua.

It's by far the cutest Gen 5 Pokemon, and watching Zoroark: Master Of Illusions just made me love it even more. It has an awesome ability as well, and Zoroark is always fun to use in Wi-Fi battles, since it completely messes up your opponents strategy.

Rayquaza.

Of course I could give the more obvious of the two reasons; he's a flying dragon with what is arguably one of the most badass designs in the series. Moreso, however, does Rayquaza bring me back to a better time. I have very fond memories of being a kid, running down my supply of ultra balls trying to capture what I, at that age, considered the holy grail. This memory is two-fold, as I got to do it again just a couple of years later in Emerald when it came out.

Catching it all over again in HeartGold was a nostalgia trip.

Mewtwo because he just awesome. He can talk, he is the strongest. He was a trainer, very mysterious and just his whole back story is amazing, Without a doubt the best and most complete back story in Pokemon. Just the way he came about. He is also the strongest and has 2 Mega's.

Umbreon is mine. It just has this dark and mysterious look to it, which I love. In a way, he represents the moon and night. I also love that he isn't some weird/crazy looking creature, it's rather simple, but still very nice.

Espeon is probably my second favorite, these two just go so well together.

Delibird. It's a fluffy bird that can store things in its tail (which can be used like a giant sack) and it gives people presents (it's like Pokemon Santa except sometimes the presents explode) and it lives in cold icy caves (I can't stand heat). If only it was a cat it would be the most perfect creature ever.
