I have already seen the trinity, blue exorcist, hunter x hunter, DB/Z. Here are the criteria im looking for:
-The characters use some sort of power (chakra, ki, nen, etc.) it could also be something like in attack on titan where the enemies have powers and the other characters need to rely on superhuman combat skills and weaponry
-There is a constant threat like the titans in AOT and the akatsuki in naruto, but not all events have to revolve around those threats
-the main character has a special power/ability that is demonic or evil (the Kyubbi in naruto, hollow in Ichigo, Satan in blue exorcist). I like how the characters need to struggle to control their powers and are specially targeted
-A plus would be that the characters power can become overwhelming when they are angry or emotionally unstable like with the Kyubi in naruto
-good graphics
-i dont want a main character who is able to beat everyone from the start or becomes strong randomly. I like when the characters are defeated and manage to escape, then they train and return
-i want blood, it doesnt need to be gory, but some blood would be nice
-teenage main characters, in high school is preferred but not a necessity
-male main character
-preferably at least over 100 episodes and on-going (not essential)
-characters are often looked down on but they manage to prove themselves to people and become looked up to and make friends
-lots of suspense
-anything else good (lol)
Please provide a show description

I would suggest Kamen Rider Wizard. It's not an anime per se, but it has the makings of one. You have mana as a source of power, Phantoms as a constant threat, and the male main character (unfortunately isn't in his teen years) has his powers from his own Phantom which he has a similar relation compared to how Naruto and the Kyuubi have their relation. He does become strong, but it's not randomly and he gets beaten from time to time. I don't think there's any actual blood, but it makes up for it in some dark themes, the major one surrounding around hope and despair.

It doesn't hit all the criteria you requested, but it could be enough, and if you liked it, the entire Kamen Rider series is essentially 100+ episodes combined.
