Batman was first, although it and Superman ran concurrently for a while as well. Then Batman Beyond, then Justice League, then the greatest superhero cartoon ever, Justice League Unlimited.

Batman: Mask Of The Phantasm fits in there somewhere as well. Wikipedia will probably have more details.

Ignore the Superman animated movie, Brainiac Attacks. Although they used the same model sheets and some of the same voices (Clancy Brown did not return to play Luthor; he must have read the script) it's a steaming pile of cow dung.

simple: Order of Production...

except of course Batman Beyond is set in the far future...

this gets kind of confusing however in that JLU has some time travel plot lines which take place in the time of Batman Beyond... and you won't get some of the references if you haven't seen Beyond...

BB being 40ish years into the future from JLU means thatit won't matter much if you watch it first... however IF you watch JLU 1st... i'd recommend skippling the episode "Epilogue" until after you've concluded BB... as Epilogue functions as a final chapter of BB

There isn't one for the whole DC universe because they don't all happen within the same continuity.
