Yeah, Catwoman's up at the top of a lot of lists, but for me, Harley Quinn, all the way! she does things for her costume that no other toon ever has! And the way she wastes herself on that unappreciative slob, the Joker! It makes me boil.

DC is laking int he girl department of hotties...if your going for comic hotties u need Marvel all the way...but Dawn, Lady Death, Wildstorm, Fathom, Vamperialla, Darkchylde, & Witchblade are a few non marvel and non DC comic hotties...marvel my favorite is Psylocke all the way and DC ill just go with the majority and say starfire...
