Can anyone tell if D-gray man the anime really ended in 103 episode?And what happened at the end?

Because i thought that it would go for at least 30 episodes.Will it be another season?

sadly.. yeah.. it DID end...

the ending was basically..

"Life still goes on, but hey! we're a hell of a lot stronger now! yey!"



now.. there hasn't been news or announcements that they WILL continue on with like a next season, or a movie or an OVA perhaps..

but some positive thinkers say alot or rumors that suggest that it isn't over..

*the anime is real close to the manga (catching up issues)

*mangaka (manga writer) doesn't want any shitty fillers on his/her creation like other shounens *ehem* (naruto, bleach)

*mangaka is actually sick and temporarily pausing production

*no **** are they gonna end this like that



but others suggest that it really IS over..

*it closed in an open ended way.. still closed up although shitty

*it had "Fin" on the episode

*no news or announcement of another season/movie/OVA

*the show had surprisingly low ratings compared to other seemingly never ending shounens (again.. naruto, bleach, etc.)



so.. it's a 50:50



but I DO wanna share this to you...

FUNimation is the company that produces the D. Gray-man anime..

and if you take a look at their site under d.gray-man.. there's a hopeful of a hint there that there's more...



under the page it says



"D. GRAY-MAN

COMING SOON 2009"

the manga is still going but just because it says fin doesnt mean its over like FMA said fin but they are making new episodes normally if an anime ends they ahve a thing stating that it is officially over but almost everybody think they are just ending it for now so that the manga can get farther ahead because the manga and anime are still really close so they dont want to make a buch of fillers i have heard a rumor that they will continue it sometime next year!!! yay!!! it is my favorite anime tied with FMA

With the ending it had on episode 103, they CAN'T possibly be considering cutting us all off like that! I hope they get some serious feedback on that and get back to producing episodes!

well there are rumors most likely the series will end at episode 103 because it said so in the previews..

We don't know yet if there's going to be another season, there's no official word of that. But if there won't be...I'll get into a depression for the rest of my life...
